An introduction to electric forces, fields, and currents

Text materials extracted from the online Top Hat^TM text, Living Physics, by E.F. and J.C. Redish to introduce students to the basic physics concepts of electric force, energy, field, potential, and current.

Based on the open-source NEXUS/Physics course materials, supported by HHMI and the US NSF.

The goal of this text is to help students learn to develop strong conceptual intuitions about basic physics tied to learning to work with symbolic mathematical representations and models, as part of an active engagement class with individual and group problem solving activities.
